How do I create my first estimate or invoice?

How do I share a PDF with a client?

See our sharing guide for full steps. After creating a document, use the share option to export the PDF via email, messaging apps, or any app on your device.

Where is my data stored?

Your business data is stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping your device backed up through iCloud, Google Drive, or your preferred backup method. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

My PDF looks wrong or won't generate. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  • Update QuoteCraft to the latest version from the app store
  • Restart the app and try generating the PDF again
  • Check that all required fields (customer, line items, totals) are filled in
  • Try a different PDF template to see if the issue is template-specific

If the problem continues, submit a support request and include your device model and app version.

I lost my data after switching phones. Can you restore it?

QuoteCraft stores data on your device, so it does not automatically transfer when you change phones unless you restore from a device backup. If you recently backed up your old phone, restoring that backup on your new device should bring your data back.

How do I manage billing or cancel a subscription?

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by QuoteCraft. To manage or cancel:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions

For refund requests, contact Apple or Google support through their respective platforms.

Is QuoteCraft free?

Yes — QuoteCraft is free to download with core features included. Some advanced features or templates may be available as optional in-app purchases. Visit our homepage to learn more.
